Abstract

La presente invención es concerniente con un formador de media luna para producir papel higiénico, el formador comprende una sección de formación (A), una sección de prensa (B) y una sección de secado (C), en donde el formador de media luna comprende además una tela de fieltro (41) para transportar la materia prima del punto de contacto de formación (15) de la sección de formación (A) hasta el punto de contacto de prensa (22) de la sección de prensa (B) y la tela de fieltro (41) es configurada para llevar la materia prima al punto de contacto de prensa (22) en donde la materia prima se transfiere a la sección de secado (C), en donde además la tela de fieltro (41) es configurada para ser devuelta del punto de contacto de prensa (22) al punto de contacto de formación (15) en una sección de retorno (D) de tal manera que la tela de fieltro (41) forma un bucle sin fin, en donde la sección de retorno (D) comprende una estación de limpieza (42), de la cual por lo menos una parte es dispuesta en una dirección negativa de la máquina (-MD) en relación con una línea central (R) del rodillo de formación (12).
