Abstract
Se proporciona un componente de acero con excelente resistencia a la fatiga superficial. El componente de acero tiene una capa de compuesto de nitruro con un grosor de 5.0µm a 30.0µm y una capa endurecida en un orden desde la superficie del componente hasta el interior del componente, en donde el grosor de una capa porosa en la superficie exterior de la capa de compuesto de nitruro es 3.0µm o menos y 40.0? o menos de un grosor de la capa de compuesto de nitruro, y la capa endurecida tiene una dureza de HV600 o más en una posición de 50µm hacia adentro desde la superficie del componente, una dureza de HV400 o más en una posición desde la superficie del componente hasta el interior del componente de 400µm, y una dureza de HV250 o más en una posición desde la superficie del componente hasta el interior del componente de 600µm.
