Abstract

Variantes de la enzima transglutaminasa de Streptomyces mobaraensis. Las variantes descritas presentan una actividad enzimática aumentada al menos aproximadamente 2 veces frente a la enzima de tipo silvestre. Se proporcionan métodos y composiciones para aplicaciones biocidas de uso y para unir covalentemente pequeñas moléculas orgánicas a una proteína o material de interés.
