Abstract

Se divulga en la presente una composición curable por humedad. Una composición que incluye un componente hidrolizable; y un paquete de relleno térmicamente conductor. El paquete de relleno térmicamente conductor puede incluir partículas de relleno térmicamente conductoras y eléctricamente aislantes.
