Abstract

Se divulga una trituradora para triturar material en partículas más finas. La trituradora incluye una carcasa que encierra un conjunto de conos que comprende un cabezal de trituración montado en un eje. La carcasa soporta una coraza de trituración exterior, mientras que el cabezal de trituración soporta una coraza de trituración interior. Las dos corazas de trituración cooperan para formar un espacio de trituración entre ellas. Se provee una leva en el eje, estando la leva ubicada alejada del cabezal de trituración. Una serie de unidades de accionamiento se extienden entre la leva y la carcasa, en donde cada unidad de accionamiento tiene un primer extremo que topa en forma movible con la leva y un segundo extremo que topa en forma movible con un asiento de reacción discreto con una cúpula esférica provista en la carcasa. Cada unidad de accionamiento es un cuerpo telescópico con una perforación que se extiende a través de él, de manera que el fluido hidráulico inyectado dentro de cada perforación aplica una fuerza de accionamiento en la leva y el asiento de reacción para producir el movimiento del cabezal de trituración.
