Abstract

Se divulga un método para producir hialuronidasa o una variante de la misma. Específicamente, el método es capaz de cambiar los niveles de N-glicano bajo condiciones de cultivo que incluyen una concentración controlada de glucosa en el medio de cultivo y una temperatura de cultivo disminuida durante un periodo de tiempo de cultivo específico, aumentando así la actividad específica en un 10% o más y mejorando la calidad y el rendimiento de la producción.
