Abstract

La invención también se relaciona con un homólogo de gen F5H modificado que da como resultado cambio de coloración en la superficie, inducido por heridas, reducido. La invención se relaciona adicionalmente con el uso de un gen en la crianza y producción de plantas que muestran cambio de coloración en la superficie inducido por heridas reducido.
