Abstract

La presente descripción proporciona métodos para transfectar plantas y para expresar moléculas de ARN o de polipéptido en plantas. En particular, las plantas que tienen una expresión y/o actividad de POLQ reducidas son transfectadas con el fin de reducir los eventos de integración aleatoria. La descripción proporciona además plantas transfectadas y progenie de plantas producidas mediante los métodos descritos en la presente.
