Abstract

Se producen piezas alimenticias recubiertas no pegajosas individuales mediante la aplicación de una composición a una superficie de piezas alimenticias para producir piezas alimenticias recubiertas. La composición incluye agua y un componente de sólidos solubles que tiene un contenido de sólidos solubles que incluye eritritol en una cantidad de aproximadamente 50% - 90% en peso seco del contenido de sólidos solubles. El contenido de sólidos solubles también incluye un carbohidrato soluble en agua que tiene un equivalente de dextrosa promedio (DE) de 4 a 30 en una cantidad de aproximadamente 2% - 40% en peso seco del contenido de sólidos solubles.
