Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la fabricación de una disposición de tuberías (21) que comprende dos unidades de tubería (16) que presentan un eje central de tubería (3), comprendiendo la unidad de tubería (16) una tubería (1) que dispone de una superficie exterior de tubería (4), una superficie frontal de tubería (5) y un diámetro exterior de tubería (6), y una tubuladura (2) que presenta un diámetro interior de tubuladura (7) y que dispone de una sección de brida (9) que presenta una superficie frontal de sección de brida (9) y de una sección de tubo (11) que presenta una superficie interior de sección de tubo (10), de una junta (13) dispuesta axialmente entre las superficies frontales de sección de brida (8) de las tubuladuras (2), y de un dispositivo tensor (24) que tensa axialmente entre sí las secciones de brida (9) de las tubuladuras (2) de las dos unidades de tubería (16), en el cual la tubuladura (2) se enchufa sobre la tubería (1) al menos hasta que estén enrasadas la superficie frontal de sección de brida (8) y la superficie frontal de tubería (5), la tubería (1) se fija dentro de la tubuladura (2) en un asiento a presión (17) producido por la expansión radial de la tubería (1) y las unidades de tubería (16) resultantes quedan tensadas axialmente por el tensado de las secciones de brida (9) de las tubuladuras (2) formando la disposición de tuberías (21), y a una disposición de tuberías (21) en la que puede realizarse el procedimiento.
