Abstract
Un aparato para separar material de suspensión celular en concentrado y centrifugado que incluye una estructura de un solo uso (178, 240, 250) colocada de manera liberable en una cavidad en un recipiente de centrífuga giratorio de pared sólida (172). El recipiente y las partes de estructura de un solo uso giran alrededor de un eje (174). Un tubo de alimentación de entrada estacionario (184), un tubo de descarga de centrifugado (212) y un tubo de descarga de concentrado (230) se extienden a lo largo del eje de la estructura giratoria de un solo uso. Una bomba centrípeta de centrifugado (208) está en conexión fluida con el tubo de descarga de centrifugado.
