Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para preparar 1,1,3-trimetilindan-4-amina de la fórmula (I), o una sal de los mismos, enriquecida en uno de sus dos enantiómeros, en particular el enantiómero (R), (ver Fórmula) (I) que comprende la separación quiral de una 2,2,4-trimetil-1,2,3,4-tetrahidroquinolina opcionalmente sustituida de la fórmula (III) (ver Fórmula) (III) La presente invención también se refiere a un proceso para preparar amidas ópticamente activas de la fórmula (II) (ver Fórmula) (II) a partir de tales compuestos de la fórmula (I).
