Abstract

La invención se refiere a una rueda estable de una sola pieza, que es particularmente adecuada para bicicletas que tienen un mayor peso del sistema, tal como bicicletas eléctricas o bicicletas de carga, y un método que produce la rueda de vehículo. La rueda de vehículo comprende una porción anular (110), una pluralidad de rayos (120) y una porción de cubo (130) formada integralmente por inyección de molde de fibras reforzadas o nanotubos de carbono que contienen material termoplástico, en donde cada uno de la pluralidad de rayos (120) comprende una sección transversal sustancialmente en forma de Z con una pata central (122) y un par de patas externas (121, 123), en donde el ángulo (y) encerrado por cada una del par de patas externas y la pata central es mayor que un ángulo recto y en donde la longitud de la pata central (122) aumenta desde la porción anular (110) hacia la porción de cubo (130).
