Abstract

Se proporcionan métodos y composiciones relacionados con la administración intracelular de proteínas de edición de genes. La invención se refiere a composiciones y métodos para transportar polipéptidos de edición de genes, tales como Cas9 o Cas12, a una célula ex vivo o in vivo.
