Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una fracción de péptido de planta, obtenible u obtenida de conformidad con las siguientes etapas: (a) proporcionar semillas de avena; (b) descascarar y moler tales semillas de avena; (c) someter las semillas de la etapa (b) a una extracción para obtener una primera fracción de péptido; (d) someter la primera fracción de péptido de la etapa (c) a hidrólisis enzimática; (e) someter la fracción de péptido hidrolizada de la etapa (d) a ultra- y/o nanofiltración para obtener una fracción retenida y una permeada, tal fracción permeada enriquecida en péptidos muestra un peso molecular por debajo de 2,000 Daltons; y (f) opcionalmente secar la fracción permeada de la etapa (e).
