Abstract

En la presente descripción se describen composiciones de glucósido de esteviol que contienen mezclas de glucósido de esteviol que aumentan sinérgicamente la solubilidad del rebaudiósido D y el rebaudiósido M. Estas nuevas composiciones tienen un sabor limpio y pueden usarse como edulcorantes o potenciadores del dulzor en alimentos y bebidas con niveles reducidos de azúcar. También, en la presente descripción se describen métodos para fabricar y usar estas composiciones.
