Abstract

Se proporciona un método de fabricación para una lata rectangular de acuerdo con el cual es posible acercar un ángulo formado por una superficie de escalón de un escalón provisto en un cuerpo de lata rectangular y una superficie de pared interior del cuerpo de lata rectangular a 90 grados. En una etapa de formación de escalón, utilizando una matriz 310 que se proporciona en un lado de la superficie de pared exterior de una pared lateral en la cual debe ser formado el escalón, un mandril 410 para intercalar la pared lateral entre el mandril 410 y la matriz 310 en el lado inferior con relación a una porción donde deber ser formado el escalón en la superficie de pared interior en la cual debe ser formado el escalón, y un punzón 420 para prensar el lado opuesto al lado inferior con relación a la porción donde deber ser formado el escalón en la superficie de pared interior en la cual debe ser formado el escalón y comprimir la pared lateral entre el punzón 420 y la matriz 310, el escalón se forma realizando múltiples instancias de una operación de prensado realizada por el punzón 420.
