Abstract
La presente invención se refiere proteínas dirigidas a ARN utilizadas para proporcionar un diagnóstico robusto basado en CRISPR multiplexado masivamente mediante la detección en gotas con sensibilidad atomolar. La detección de ADN y ARN con niveles comparables de sensibilidad en volúmenes de nanolitros puede diferenciar los objetivos de los no objetivos en función de las diferencias de un solo par de bases, con aplicaciones en múltiples escenarios en la salud humana que incluyen, por ejemplo, detección viral, tipificación de cepas bacterianas y sensibilidad a genotipado.
