Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir espumas de poliuretano con una densidad de 30 g/dm3 a 70 g/dm3, en donde (a) se mezcla poliisocianato aromático con (b) compuestos poliméricos con grupos reactivos a isocianatos, (c) opcionalmente, extensor de cadena y/o agentes de reticulación, (d) un catalizador, (e) propulsor, que contiene agua, (f) 0.1% a 5% en peso de lactama, en función del peso total de los componentes (a) a (f), y (g) opcionalmente, aditivos, con un índice de isocianato de 50 a 95 para formar una mezcla de reacción, y la mezcla de reacción reacciona para formar una espuma de poliuretano, en donde el catalizador contiene catalizador metálico y catalizador de amina, y el catalizador de amina comprende átomos de nitrógeno terciario y se usa en una cantidad suficiente tal que el contenido de átomos de nitrógeno terciario en el catalizador de amina, en función del peso de los componentes de inicio (a) a (e), se encuentra entre 0.0001 y 0.003 mol/100 g de espuma. La presente invención se refiere además a una espuma de poliuretano blanda que se puede obtener mediante un método de este tipo y al uso de una espuma de poliuretano flexible de este tipo para la producción de cojines, cojines para asientos y colchones.
