Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con una composición de queso no lácteo que comprende fibra dietética, proteína no animal, calcio y lípido, en donde la composición está desprovista de aditivos, y en donde la composición tiene un contenido de humedad mayor que 45 % en peso y menor que 60 % en peso. La invención también se relaciona con un método para preparar tales composiciones y usos de estas.
