Abstract
Un método (100) de fabricación de una correa de sujeción (10) configurada para sujetar y soportar un objeto colgante (20) contra una estructura (21), que debe transportar el objeto colgante, y una correa de sujeción obtenible mediante dicho método; comprendiendo dicho método proporcionar (101) un perfil de aluminio alargado extruido que tiene un espesor de material inicial (T0) y un área de sección transversal inicial 10 (A0), teniendo dicho perfil una dirección longitudinal, que coincide con la dirección de extrusión del perfil; formar el perfil en un paso de doblado (102) en una forma que comprende una primera porción de unión de extremo (1a), una segunda porción de unión de extremo (1b) y una porción intermedia (2) ubicada entre dichas partes de unión de extremo primera y segunda (1a); 1b) en una dirección longitudinal del perfil (11), estando configurada dicha porción intermedia (2) para rodear al menos parcialmente el objeto colgante (20) cuando se monta en la estructura (21); incluyendo dicho método formar dicho perfil mediante el adelgazamiento local del perfil en una dirección longitudinal del perfil (11), en una operación de adelgazamiento (103) para obtener una o más porciones adelgazadas que tengan un espesor de material menor que el espesor inicial del material (T0); o comprimir localmente axialmente el perfil en una paso de compresión axial (104) para obtener una o más partes comprimidas axialmente que tengan un espesor de material mayor que el espesor de material inicial (T0) y/o un área de sección transversal mayor que el área de sección transversal inicial (A0); o mediante una combinación de dicha operación de adelgazamiento (103) y el paso de compresión axial (104).
