Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato de flotación para separar en particular aceite de una dispersión que contiene agua como fase continua y aceite como fase dispersa, comprendiendo el aparato un recipiente que comprende en su dirección longitudinal una o más secciones longitudinales de celda, en donde al menos una de la una o más secciones longitudinales de celda comprende: - al menos un rebosadero inferior, - al menos un rebosadero superior, en donde el rebosadero superior se encuentra a una distancia y está orientado en la dirección hacia el extremo aguas abajo del recipiente desde el rebosadero inferior, - al menos un medio de inyección de gas está situado verticalmente debajo del rebosadero inferior o en el canal formado entre el rebosadero inferior y el rebosadero superior, - al menos un medio de eliminación para eliminar la segunda fracción que se forma durante el funcionamiento del aparato de flotación en el nivel del líquido desde el nivel del líquido y - al menos un medio hidráulico para empujar hidráulicamente la segunda fracción que se forma durante el funcionamiento del aparato de flotación en el nivel de líquido del recipiente hacia el medio de eliminación por medio de una corriente de líquido, por medio de una corriente de líquido/gas y/o por medio de una corriente de gas, en donde la corriente de líquido respectiva, la corriente de líquido/gas y/o la corriente de gas es eyectada por el medio hidráulico sobre el nivel de líquido del recipiente y/o sobre la segunda fracción que se forma durante el funcionamiento del aparato de flotación en el nivel de líquido.
