Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a anticuerpos que se unen específicamente al supresor de la activación de células T (VISTA) que contiene inmunoglobulina de dominio V a pH acídico y su uso en el tratamiento del cáncer. En algunas modalidades, los anticuerpos se unen específicamente a VISTA humano a pH acídico, pero no se unen significativamente a VISTA humano a pH neutro o fisiológico.
