Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para determinar la distribución del tamaño de la gota dentro de una pulverización y/o la homogeneidad de esa pulverización, la pulverización se forma al atomizar una composición de material de revestimiento, que comprende al menos los pasos (1) a (3), específicamente la atomización de la composición de material de revestimiento por medio de un atomizador, la atomización produce una pulverización, se forma la captura óptica de las gotas de la pulverización, mediante una medición óptica transversal (2), y se determina al menos una variable característica de la distribución del tamaño de la gota dentro de la pulverización y/o de la homogeneidad de la pulverización, en base a los datos ópticos obtenidos según el paso (2), y también a los métodos para recopilar una base de datos electrónica y para examinar las composiciones de material de revestimiento cuando se desarrollan formulaciones de pintura, que se llevan a cabo en base al método mencionado anteriormente.
