Abstract

Se proporciona un método para generar un certificado de calidad de producción digital para un componente que lleva un identificador único legible por máquina que se somete a una pluralidad de pasos de fabricación. El método consiste en la obtención de parámetros indicativos de los pasos de fabricación a partir de uno o más sensores para una pluralidad de pasos de fabricación supervisados. Los parámetros obtenidos se vinculan con el identificador único legible por máquina y se realizan uno o más análisis de calidad para un paso de fabricación monitorizado seleccionado en base a los parámetros obtenidos para dicho paso de fabricación. Se genera un certificado de calidad digital para el componente que comprende datos relacionados con los resultados de los análisis de calidad y se almacenan los parámetros obtenidos para el componente. La divulgación también proporciona ejemplos de métodos y sistemas de seguimiento de un proceso de fabricación.
