Abstract

La invención se refiere a una nanopartícula que comprende un núcleo, que comprende un poliéster biorresorbible y un polímero hidrófilo, en la que el polímero hidrófilo es una parte del poliéster biorresorbible o un polímero independiente y, sobre el núcleo, un péptido acilado derivado de la lactoferrina humana, en dla que el péptido acilado derivado de lactoferrina humana es un péptido que tiene la secuencia de aminoácidos SEQ ID No.1: KCFQWQRNMRKVRGPPVSCIKR o una secuencia de aminoácidos, que no difiere en más de 8 posiciones de aminoácido de la secuencia 10 SEQ.ID.No.1 y en la que el extremo N del péptido derivado de lactoferrina humana se ha acilado con un grupo monoacilo C16.
