Abstract

La presente invención proporciona métodos mejorados y/o acortados para expandir TIL y producir poblaciones terapéuticas de TIL, que incluyen métodos novedosos para expandir poblaciones de TIL en un sistema cerrado que dan como resultado eficacia mejorada, fenotipo mejorado y salud metabólica aumentada de los TIL en un período de tiempo más corto y al mismo tiempo permiten contaminación microbiana reducida, así como costos disminuidos.
