Abstract

La presente invención describe un criostato automático portátil que cuenta con unos medios de refrigeración integrados que permiten mantener una temperatura inferior a la temperatura exterior, ya que, por medio de su tapa, queda aislado el interior del criostato donde, además, se protegen las muestras que se encuentran en la base de muestras de una posible contaminación. El criostato de la presente invención tiene un módulo de corte y un módulo de recolección de muestras, los cuales operan simultáneamente de manera automática e independiente. El criostato automático portátil cuenta con un sistema de control de temperatura puntual, lo que permite una variación de temperatura en el módulo de recolección de muestras diferente al interior en donde se realizan los cortes, logrando recoger las muestras por diferencia térmica.
