Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un dispositivo de alineación de hojas (5) para una máquina para el procesamiento de hojas (B) que consiste en un material delgado y plano como papel, cartón o película, con una sección de alimentación, al menos un sensor (30, 32) para determinar la posición y/o alineación de la hoja (B) y también al menos dos módulos de alineación (10), cada uno con un rodillo de alineación (12), al que se asigna un dispositivo de accionamiento (14) en cada caso, por lo cual se asigna a cada módulo de alineación (10) un dispositivo giratorio (16), con el cual el rodillo de alineación (10) se puede girar alrededor de un eje giratorio (A) perpendicular a la sección de alimentación; la invención se relaciona también con una máquina para el procesamiento de hojas (B) que consiste en un material delgado y plano como papel, cartón o película, por lo cual se proporciona un dispositivo de alineación de hojas (5) del tipo anteriormente mencionado; la invención se relaciona finalmente con un método para alinear una hoja (B) que consiste en un material delgado y plano como papel, cartón o película mediante los siguientes pasos: - se determina la alineación de la hoja (B), - la hoja (B) se acelera, gira y/o desplaza lateralmente por medio de al menos dos rodillos de alineación (12), controlables con respecto a la velocidad circunferencial y la alineación, en una sección de alimentación.
