Abstract

Una unión soldada por arco de filete a solape incluye: una primera lámina de acero y una segunda lámina de acero que se superponen entre sí, la primera lámina de acero y la segunda lámina de acero tienen una resistencia a la tracción de 950 MPa o más; y un metal de soldadura que se extiende a lo largo de una esquina formada por una superficie superior de la primera lámina de acero y una superficie extrema de la segunda lámina de acero. Cuando: un ángulo de borde del metal de soldadura se define como ß; el número total de porciones cóncavas presentes en la superficie del metal de soldadura incluido un intervalo de 0.4 mm o menos desde un límite de fusión se define como NA; y el número de porciones cóncavas en contacto con granos de ferrita que tienen un tamaño de grano máximo de 10 µm o más se define como NB, el metal de soldadura satisface las siguientes expresiones condicionales (1) y (2) al mismo tiempo. 0° < ß < 30°... (1) NB/NA = 0.70... (2) (Aquí, NA es 20 o más).
