Abstract
Se divulga un instrumento de disección diferencial para diseccionar de manera diferente tejido complejo; el instrumento de disección diferencial comprende una agarradera y un elemento alargado que tiene un primer extremo y un segundo extremo, en donde el primer extremo está conectado a la agarradera; el instrumento de disección diferencial comprende un elemento de disección diferencial configurado para ser unido de manera giratoria al segundo extremo y además comprende al menos una superficie de contacto con tejido; el instrumento de disección diferencial comprende un mecanismo configurado para rotar mecánicamente el elemento de disección diferencial alrededor de un eje de rotación, ocasionando así que al menos una superficie de contacto con tejido se mueva en al menos una dirección contra el tejido complejo; al menos una superficie de contacto con tejido está configurada para acoplar selectivamente el tejido complejo de manera que al menos una superficie de contacto con tejido rompe al menos un tejido blando en el tejido complejo, pero no rompe tejido firme en el tejido complejo.
