Abstract
Un circuito modificado de reciclaje selectivo tiene una etapa de carga, una etapa de extracción y una etapa de filtración para uso en el procesamiento de una corriente de alimentación o lodo que contiene partículas minerales; la etapa de extracción forma un primer circuito con la etapa de carga, un segundo circuito con la etapa de filtración; la etapa de carga tiene una mezcladora de carga y una criba de lavado de carga; la etapa de extracción tiene una mezcladora de extracción y una criba de lavado de extracción; la mezcladora de carga recibe el lodo y provoca que el medio sin minerales en el circuito haga contacto con el lodo de modo que las partículas minerales en el lodo son cargadas sobre el medio sin minerales; el medio se dirige a la etapa de extracción donde las partículas minerales son removidas del medio; el medio sin minerales es reciclado a la etapa de carga; la solución de extracción recuperada de la etapa de filtración es regresada a la etapa de extracción y las partículas minerales se descargan como concentrado.
