Abstract

Un sistema de separación de cobre/molibdeno que utiliza agua de mar en el circuito de flotación primaria y agua desalinizada en el circuito de limpieza; tanto en el circuito de flotación primaria como en el circuito de limpieza, se utiliza un medio hidrófobo diseñado para recuperar las partículas minerales de interés; el circuito de limpieza incluye una estación de carga de molibdeno configurada para poner en contacto la pulpa acondicionada con el medio diseñado en una cámara de reacción agitada, y cargar la molibdenita hidrófoba en el medio diseñado.
