Abstract

Un método de múltiples etapas para producir un componente compuesto para vehículos y con un producto así obtenido, con el fin de producir una cubierta hecha de un material (200) termoplástico, y espuma aislante (300), el método hace uso de un molde múltiple (100) hecho de una primera celda y de por lo menos una segunda celda (101 - 102), provisto con un elemento (101.a - 102.a) macho y un elemento (101.b - 102.b) hembra, las celdas (101 - 102) tienen la capacidad de adoptar una primera configuración cerrada y una segunda configuración abierta, el método está constituido por las siguientes etapas: (A) Inyección - el molde múltiple (100) está cerrado y a través de un canal (110), el material (200) termoplástico se inyecta desde una cámara (105) caliente hasta la primera celda 15 (101.b). (B) Transferencia: en donde el material (200) termoplástico se solidifica y el molde múltiple (100) se abre con el fin de mover el material (201) termoplástico solidificado desde la primera celda (101) hasta la segunda celda (102). (C) Espumado. El molde múltiple (100) está cerrado y mientras ocurre una nueva inyección (A), en (20) la primera celda, la espuma aislante (300) se inyecta dentro de la segunda celda (102), (D) Extracción: el molde múltiple (100) está abierto y mientras el producto se extrae de la segunda celda (102), ocurre una nueva transferencia (B) desde la primera celda (101).
