Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una matriz de polímero biodegradable biocompatible que sirve como plantilla para el crecimiento de tejido de piel diferenciada que comprende una dermis y una epidermis, la combinación de la matriz y la piel diferenciada, el método para preparar el mismo y el tejido obtenible del método. La descripción también se extiende al uso de la piel diferenciada en el tratamiento. Por lo tanto, se proporciona una matriz de fibras electrohiladas para hacer crecer tejido de piel diferenciada preparado electrohilando la solución de un polímero biodegradable biocompatible, en donde las fibras electrohiladas son de aproximadamente 0.3 µm a aproximadamente 5 µm de diámetro, por ejemplo, 1 a 5 µm, tal como 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4 o 4.5 µm.
