Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a una composicion de resina epoxi como componentede la matriz para los compuestos para moldeo en laminas (SMC) y/o compuestos para moldeo en masa (BMC), que comprende un componente de resina que comprende al menos una resina epoxi y un componente endurecedor que comprende al menos un compuesto aminoalquilimidazol, al menos un compuesto diazabicicloalquileno y al menos un endurecedor latente. En dicha composicion de resina epoxi, la cantidad de los compuestos de aminoalquilimidazol usados esta en el intervalo desde 0.007 hasta 0.025 mol por mol de grupos epoxi de la composicion total. La invencion se refiere tambien a una composicion de producto semiterminado de matriz de fibra (composicion SMC o composicion BMC) con, como componente de la matriz, la composicion de resina epoxi mencionada, y con fibras de refuerzo cortas, suspendidas en el mismo, con una longitud media de 0.3 a 5.0 cm. La composicion del producto semiterminado de matriz de fibra puede ser producido a traves de la mezcla de los constituyentes, con lo cual se espesa la composicion. El producto espesado resultante (producto semiterminado de matriz de fibra semisolido) incluye un tiempo comparativamente corto de maduracion y un tiempo de funcionamiento comparativamente largo disponible. La invencion tambien se refiere al compuesto de matriz de fibra semisólido correspondiente, en particular al SMC semisolido y al producto semiterminado de matriz de fibra curado correspondiente, en particular el SMC curado.
