Abstract

Se describe un sistema de aislamiento sin anhídrido para las piezas de construcción con capacidad de conducción de corriente de un motor eléctrico que comprende: (A) un papel de mica o cinta de mica para envolver piezas del motor eléctrico que son potencialmente con capacidad de conducción de corriente durante el funcionamiento del motor, cuyo papel 5 de mica o cinta de mica es impregnable mediante impregnación por presión al vacío con una formulación de resina epoxídica termoendurecible y comprende un complejo de trihalogenuro de boro con una amina de la fórmula BX3 . NR1R2R3 o R1R2N-A-NR1 R2, en donde X denota halógeno, R1, R2 y R3 10 son cada uno indistintamente de los otros un hidrógeno, alquilo C1-C12, arilo C5-C30, aralquilo o cicloalquilo C6-C14, que pueden ser sustituidos o no sustituidos por uno o más grupos alquilo C1-C12, A es un radical aromático alifático o cicloalifático bivalente; (B) una formulación de baño termoendurecible para la impregnación por presión al vacío, que comprende éter diglicidílico de bisfenol A y opcionalmente éter diglicidílico de bisfenol F, 15 cuya formulación está sustancial o preferiblemente, totalmente libre de iniciadores de curado térmicamente activables para la formulación de resina epoxídica.
