Abstract
Se proporciona una descripcion de una envoltura para alimento tubular, sin costura, permeable al vapor de agua, fumable, orientada biaxialmente y parcialmente o completamente termofijada que tiene al menos dos capas a base de polimeros termoplasticos; al menos una capa A, la cual no forma la capa interior, comprende una mezcla de (co)poliamida alifatica y al menos un polimero hidrofilico, mientras la capa I interior comprende una mezcla de (co)poliamida alifatico o isociclico y un copolimero de bloque seleccionado de polieter-amida, polieter-ester y poliesteruretano; la envoltura se produce mediante un proceso de inflado de pelicula tubular o un proceso con orientacion de estirado de pelicula tubular biaxial; la envoltura esta prevista mas particularmente como una envoltura para salchicha sintetica, especialmente para salchicha ahumada cruda, tal como salami.
