Abstract
Se describe un método de producción de una banda de acero recubierta de metal por inmersión en caliente capaz de suprimir de forma suficiente la generación de arrugas de baño y producir una banda de acero recubierta de metal por inmersión en caliente de alta calidad a bajo costo. El método divulgado de producción de una banda de acero recubierta de metal por inmersión en caliente incluye: soplar un gas desde un par de boquillas de barrido con gas 20A y 20B a una banda de acero S mientras se levanta de un baño de metal fundido 14 a fin de ajustar un peso de recubrimiento de metal fundido en ambos lados de la banda de acero S, en el cual cada una de las boquillas de barrido con gas 20A y 20B incluye una porción de orificio de inyección que se instala hacia abajo con respecto a un plano horizontal de tal manera que un ángulo formado por la porción de orificio de inyección y el plano horizontal es de 10° o más y 75° o menos, y tiene una presión de cabezal por debajo de 30 kPa.
