Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un dispositivo de integración de módulo solar montado sobre un techo, un vehículo impulsado con energía solar y un método de encapsulado para módulos. El dispositivo de integración comprende: un substrato en el cual se forma un agujero pasante, en donde se proporciona un lado frontal del substrato con una primera ranura y se proporciona un lado posterior del substrato con una segunda ranura; un módulo solar fijado en el lado frontal del substrato; una pluralidad de bandas conductoras dispuestas en la primera ranura, en donde un primer extremo de cada banda conductora se conecta con el módulo solar y un segundo extremo es guiado por el agujero pasante hacia el lado posterior del sustrato; y un diodo de derivación y un diodo antirretorno son dispuestos en la segunda ranura y son conectados con los segundos extremos de las bandas conductoras. De acuerdo con el dispositivo de integración de módulo solar montado sobre un techo, el vehículo impulsado con energía solar y el método de encapsulado para módulos según se proporciona en la presente invención, las ranuras y el agujero pasante se forman en el substrato para conseguir la configuración del diodo de derivación, el diodo anti retorno y las bandas conductoras, lo cual soluciona el problema en el arte previo que indica que el control del cableado eléctrico no es preciso, por ende aumenta la cantidad de luz incidente del módulo solar, simplificando el proceso y mejorando la precisión de la configuración eléctrica.
