Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una composicion de tres componentes que consiste en un componente poliol (A) que comprende al menos dos polioles, uno con peso molecular alto, uno con peso molecular bajo y uno con un peso molecular promedio de 300 a 3000 g/mol seleccionado del grupo que consiste en polioxietilenpoliol, polioxipropilenpoliol y polioxibutilenpoliol, y agua, un componente poliisocianato (B) que comprende un producto diisocianato de difenilmetano (MDI) con una funcionalidad de NCO promedio de al menos 2.5 o un producto diisocianato de difenilmetano (MDI) con una funcionalidad de NCO promedio de al menos 2 y al menos un poliol adicional con una cantidad de entre 1 % y 30 % basado en el peso de dicho componente poliisocianato (B), en donde dicho producto MDI y dicho poliol han reaccionado al menos parcialmente, y un componente en polvo (C) que comprende al menos un aglutinante hidraulico, preferentemente cemento y/o lodo de papel calcinado, preferentemente un compuesto de calcio seleccionado de hidroxido de calcio y/u oxido de calcio, y opcionalmente uno o mas agregados. Pueden lograrse sistemas de pisos o recubrimientos hibridos de cemento de poliuretano con superficies brillantes/semibrillantes, buena capacidad de trabajo y propiedades mecánicas destacadas. Se puede evitar la formacion de burbujas.
