Abstract
Se han descrito realizaciones de sistemas de soldadura fuerte. En una realización, un sistema de soldadura fuerte incluye una placa de circuito del controlador (controlador) que tiene un procesador y una memoria. El sistema también incluye una entrada de gas combustible, una salida de gas combustible, una entrada de gas oxígeno/aire, y una salida de gas oxígeno/aire. El sistema incluye además un dispositivo de visualización de pantalla táctil y un pedal, conectados cada uno operativamente al controlador. El controlador está configurado para almacenar múltiples tareas de preajustes de llama en la memoria. Cualquier tarea puede ser solicitada desde el controlador y los preajustes de llama pueden ser hechos cíclicos a su través en respuesta al pisado del pedal. Cada tarea corresponde a una secuencia de soldaduras fuertes de unión que ha de ser realizada sobre un conjunto soldado e incluye una pluralidad de preajustes de llama seleccionables. Cada preajuste de llama define una configuración de llama basada al menos en un caudal de un gas combustible y un caudal de un gas oxígeno/aire.
