Abstract
Se proporcionan sistemas y métodos para dispositivos semiconductores orgánicos con capas de contacto por pulverización catódica. En una modalidad, un dispositivo semiconductor orgánico comprende: una primera capa de contacto (140) que comprende un primer óxido conductor transparente depositado por pulverización catódica; una capa de transporte de electrones (130) que interactúa con la primera capa de contacto; una segunda capa de contacto (110) que comprende un segundo óxido conductor transparente depositado por pulverización catódica; una capa de transporte de huecos que interactúa con la segunda capa de contacto; y una capa activa semiconductora orgánica (120) que tiene un primer lado enfrentado a la capa de transporte de electrones y un segundo lado opuesto enfrentado a la capa de transporte de huecos; donde la capa de transporte de electrones o la capa de transporte de huecos comprende una capa de transporte intermedia.
