Abstract
Se proporciona un aparato para electrodeposición que minimiza las regiones no recubiertas por electrodeposición cuando una capa de recubrimiento metálico de aleación se dispone sobre la superficie de una rosca en un tubo de acero. Un aparato para electrodeposición 10) incluye un electrodo ( 1), miembros de sello ( 2, 3) y una unidad de suministro de solución para recubrimiento metálico ( 4). El electrodo ( 1) está de frente a la rosca ( Tm). El miembro de sellado ( 2) está posicionado dentro del tubo de acero ( P1). El miembro de sellado ( 3) está unido a la porción de extremo del tubo de acero ( P1) y, junto con el miembro de sellado ( 2), forma un espacio de recepción ( 8). La unidad de suministro de solución para recubrimiento metálico ( 4) incluye una pluralidad de boquillas ( 42). Las boquillas ( 42) están posicionadas dentro del espacio de recepción( 8) y adyacentes a un extremo de la rosca( Tm) y están dispuestas alrededor del eje del tubo del tubo de acero ( P1).
