Abstract
La invención de interés se refiere a un elemento deslizante que consiste en una aleación de cobre y zinc que contiene los siguientes componentes (en % peso): 60.0 a 64.0% de Cu, 0.2 a 0.5% de Si, 0.6 a 1.2% de Fe, opcionalmente también hasta un máximo de 1.5 % Sn, opcionalmente también hasta un máximo de 0.25% Pb, opcionalmente también hasta un máximo 0.08% de P, siendo el resto Zn e impurezas inevitables. La aleación de cobre y zinc tiene una estructura de grano que consta de una fase a y una fase con un contenido de volumen de la fase a de al menos 90%, y los siliciuros de hierro están incrustados en la estructura del grano.
