Abstract
Un dispositivo de monitoreo del paciente incluye al menos un sensor fisiológico (32) configurado para adquirir al menos un valor medido para un paciente de al menos una variable fisiológica monitoreada. Un componente de modelado cardiovascular (CV), pulmonar o cardiopulmonar (CP) (42) incluye un microprocesador programado para: recibir los valores medidos de al menos una variable fisiológica monitoreada; recibir un valor de al menos un parámetro de imagen médica específica del paciente generada de al menos una imagen médica del paciente; calcular valores para el paciente de variables fisiológicas no monitoreadas en función de valores medidos para el paciente de las variables fisiológicas monitoreadas y el parámetro de imagen médica específica del paciente; y al menos uno de (1) presentar los valores calculados y (2) controlar un dispositivo de terapia que suministra terapia al paciente en función de los valores calculados.
