Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a procesos y aparatos para la producción de butadienos. En una modalidad de realización de la invención, un proceso para la producción de butadienos incluye pasar una corriente de alimentación del reactor que comprende una corriente de hidrocarburos que comprende buteno, una corriente de vapor y una corriente rica en oxígeno a un reactor de deshidrogenación. La corriente de alimentación del reactor se deshidrogena en forma oxidativa en el reactor de deshidrogenación en presencia de un catalizador de deshidrogenación oxidativa para proporcionar una corriente de efluente que comprende butadieno. La corriente de efluente se enfría en una torre de enfriamiento para proporcionar una corriente de efluente enfriada y una corriente de agua de fondo. La corriente de efluente enfriada se pasa a un depurador de aldehído para proporcionar una corriente de efluente depurada y una corriente de agua gastada que comprende aldehídos. Una primera porción de la corriente de agua de fondo pasa desde la torre de enfriamiento al depurador de aldehído.
