Abstract
Un dispositivo y método para la soldadura de baja resistencia de hojas metálicas con una velocidad de ciclo alto, que tiene las siguientes características: a) un cuerpo principal en forma de U (1), en las dos extremidades montadas horizontalmente de las cuales están dispuestos un elemento de accionamiento de carrera inferior (2) y un elemento de accionamiento de carrera superior (7) los cuales están situados de forma opuesta uno con otro, en donde el elemento de accionamiento de accionamiento inferior (2) es seguido en la dirección de la acción de fuerza por un dispositivo de sujeción de electrodos inferior (3) y el elemento de accionamiento de carrera superior (7) es seguido en la dirección de la acción de fuerza por un dispositivo de sujeción de electrodo superior (6), b) un electrodo de soldadura inferior (11) el cual está sujeto por el dispositivo de sujeción de electrodo inferior (3) y un electrodo de soldadura superior (5) el cual está sujeto mediante el dispositivo de sujeción del electrodo superior (6), en donde el electrodo de soldadura inferior (11) lleva una cabeza de grabado inferior (10) centralmente dispuesto que se estrecha hacia un punto, y el superior electrodo de soldadura (5) lleva una cabeza de grabado superior (8), c) un dispositivo de alimentación de elementos de unión(4) que transporta los elementos de unión (9) para soldar en el espacio intermedio entre las dos cabezas de grabado (10,8), d) una fuente de corriente que está adaptada a los elementos de unión (9) y que proporciona la corriente de soldadura.
