Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para fabricar una estructura intercalada que comprende dos capas de revestimiento de acero separadas por una capa de polímero que comprende las etapas de acuerdo con las cuales: - dimensionar la estructura intercalada de acuerdo con un objetivo que se alcanzará siguiendo las etapas secundarias de: - definir el objetivo que se alcanzará con tres valores objetivo, es decir, resistencia a la tracción Tp expresada en kN/mm, rigidez a la flexión Bc expresada en kN/mm y masa superficial Mc expresada en Kg/m2, - definir una tolerancia para el logro de valores objetivo, - definir la estructura intercalada por cinco variables, es decir, el espesor Ea de las capas de revestimiento de acero expresado en mm, el espesor de la capa de polímero Ep expresado en mm, el módulo de Young intrínseco Yp de la capa de polímero, la densidad intrínseca dp de la capa de polímero y la relación de volumen Rp de la capa de polímero expresada como un porcentaje en volumen de la capa de polímero del material, - identificar las combinaciones Ea, Ep, Yp, dp y Rp que permiten alcanzar valores objetivo con la tolerancia definida, -determinar, para cada variable, un rango de operación, - seleccionar el acero y la capa de polímero para la cual cada variable se encuentra dentro del rango definido en la etapa anterior, - fabricar la estructura intercalada correspondiente.
