Abstract

The present disclosure is related to the process and the mixing of the main elements to obtain a brick to be applied in the construction sector. The mixture of the main elements results in a consistent brick that has properties considered to be used in the construction of house walls. It should be mentioned that the composition of the mixture provides thermal and sound insulation properties, as well as absorption and compression resistance. The brickmaking process belongs to the industrial sector by the application of certain manufacturing techniques through less complex industrial machinery compared to conventional processes, aims to reduce pollution levels by applying a recycling and natural waste approach that in this case refers to dry palm. To the formation of the compound of the aforementioned elements, plaster, dust, etc. are added, due to the properties they have, they provide consistency to the product. The bricks obtained from this process are suitable for the construction of heat and noise insulating walls, as well as having low levels of flammability and high resistance. The manufacturing process of these bricks, based on plaster and other elements consists of: 1. Cuttting the dried palm, 2. Washing the Thrinax dry palm, 3. Crushing the dry palm, 4. Crushing PET, 5. Washing the Terephthalate Polyethylene flakes, 6. Sifting the stone dust, 7. Shredding the paper, 8. Obtaining the paper pulp, 9. Preparing the mold, 10. Mixing the proportions, 11. Pouring, shaking and leveling the conglomerate into molds, 12. Drying the brick, 13 disassembling the molds.
